Sometimes, it’s lonely out there….. Our goal is to offer you information, address your questions, and facilitate a learning environment for child care center staff, and especially managers, directors and owners. Most of this information is really “beyond the children” kind of information. We are focusing on center management, staffing, and parent relationships so that you can feel good about those issues, and then have time and attention to give to the children.
There is a lot of information available to all of us – and much of it is free. But how do you pick and choose which information is the best FIT FOR YOU and YOUR CENTER? We will try to help you to make these decisions. We are not a book where we tell you to go to page 189 for the answer. We offer live webinars and electronic live work groups where we can all talk and listen your questions, point you to many solutions, and help you to make decisions and action plans.
When you log in to a live webinar, you will be able to ask questions as they occur to you. That ability to have an instant answer to your own personal questions will enable you to move forward in your business decisions immediately.
When you register for a live webinar, you will be emailed instructions to follow to join the webinar. You will be directed to a link that connects you to AnyMeeting. On the day of the webinar, you will log in, via the link you received by email. During the webinar, you can ask questions by phone, live on your computer camera or by typing them in online.
We charge a very modest fee for our live webinars to cover our costs. Most webinars will be groups of interested child care decision makers who will gain valuable tips on how to improve their business practices. All webinars should be eligible for continuing education credit (depending on your state certification standards).

First, our entry level membership is FREE to anyone who submits their email address. As a member, you will receive notifications of new information and opportunities to submit questions to be addressed on the site. Depending on the type of membership you hold, you will receive discounts on live webinars, printed materials, small work group sessions or private consultation.
Absolutely no problem! If this site is not for you, please just send us an email and we will quickly refund your purchase. We do ask that you tell us why, if you don’t mind, so that we can address any issues viewers might have. Go to the Our Programs – Guarantee tab and follow the instructions.
This site will not use any of your information that we collect for any purposes other than to correspond with you via email, record your purchases, and/or assist you in participating in the site activities. Your private information will never be shared with anyone. Your purchase information is protected via a secured PayPal server.
