There are a million aspects to a well-run child care center.  So, can one person, the owner/director, be expected to know them all and do it all?  Of course not.  A great child care center needs input from all stakeholders – the owner, the staff and the parents.  It will be of great value for the staff to be empowered to help in every way possible to ensure the greatest success of the center.  But empowerment still requires organization and chains of command for some things.  This webinar will discuss ways to empower staff, improve communication and operations, and create a win-win situation among staff and children.
