Description
Webinar Description: Updating and creating new staff procedures is an inevitable part of a child care owner or director’s responsibilities. Changes are periodically necessary. However, very few staff members (or administrators) LIKE change. Therefore, we tend to feel more comfortable in what we know, even if it’s somewhat painful. That’s why it’s so important to have input/by-in from staff when changes are required. This webinar will let us look at a successful process of preparing for and implementing change in staff procedures.
